The Caligo Sisters (open for 4 more RPers!)

October 31, 1907, Mr. Hefshield's hammer's knock on the final nail, once he was done he admired his small contribution. What better date than to open their agency than the Eve of Hallow's. The Coligo sisters have decided to finally make use of their skills. You see, they are not your ordinary neighbors, the sisters have extraordinary abilities that some may call out to be a hoax- until Cassandara Coligo, middle child of the sisters was able to rely a message from beyond.

It was the day after the Mayor's death, a shock to the whole town, her widow would have mourned if only she had also woken up from her coma. Their house was ransacked the night before, leaving their house almost ablazed in fire and luckily some farmers had seen the fire broke out, soon enough to call the firemen and sheriff. Cassandra was to bid the relatives her condolences, she went alone when she saw a familiar figure looming before the late Mayor's sister, Mrs. Coltrate- a woman her mother often made dresses for. She felt cold, follicles of her hair stood- her eyesight is not fooling her for it was indeed the Mayor. At first, she wanted to run away but she was frozen in her spot. She wondered what was happening to her but she couldn't talk nor move. When suddenly the Mayor looked straight in her eyes and she fainted.

When she woke up she was alone, she didn't know where she was for the place was entirely unfamiliar. The room was relatively small but comfortable, outside the sun was almost setting when she heard a knock on the door. The Mrs. Coltrate walked in, asked how she was and told her of the incident. She shyly thanked her for letting her rest and she was about to stand up from the bed when the woman held her hand and stopped her. "Please, stay. I know you've seen my brother. Am I not mistaken?"

Cassandra grew quiet, she avoided the woman's eyes, "I've heard stories from your mother of your abilities young child, please." He held both of her hands, trying to convince her.

"I- I- Mrs. Coltrate I must leave now or my mother-" She tried to stand up from the bed but Mrs. Coltrate was persistent. "Please child, all I ask is for you to ask him what had happened last night. I want to make them pay for what they did to my brother. Please... Cassandra... for my brother..."

"But I don't know how," She softly said.

"Once everyone has left, we can have a seance. Just you, me and my helpers. No one would hear about it."

"But I am afraid Mrs. Coltrate, I haven't done this before." The girl's eyes were now filled with fear.

"We will stop if you felt that you can no longer do it, I just need answers child."

"But what about mother?" She asked.

"If- if I have to pay you she doesn't have to know," The old woman raised her eyes when she thought of an idea.

Cassandra sat silently, trying to think of the money that could help their family. She knew Mrs. Coltrate would pay well is it meant so much for her.

"If... if you could send for my sisters, they... they may be able to help us as well," She offered and she could see a small and relieved smile from the woman's face.

"Very well, I'll have them invited. We'll just inform your mother that it's just a small dinner for you and your sisters. I doubt if she'll ask more," Mrs. Coltrate quickly stood up and breathed deeply. "Please stay here, get well rested. You'll need your energy for the seance later my darling."

With that she was left. And late that night, they held the seance and was able to talk to a calm yet sad ghost of the Mayor. He told them the story and found out what really happened and once his widow woke up, she told the same thing. Soon the culprits were caught and justice to the Mayor was given. Mrs. Coltrate, the Mayor's wife had uncontrollably spread the word of the Coligo sisters' help with the crime and half of the town had asked for their help. Their mother had decided against it at first but as soon as people started paying for their skills she finally agreed as long as she knew what it was for. There were some seances that she disagreed upon and the sisters could only obey her.

That was 3 years ago and the word about the Caligo Medium Sisters have spread to other towns and even other countries that they've decided to make it formal. Thus the opening of the Caligo Sisters in the small town of Yooda.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This RP is about the Caligo Sisters who each have their own paranormal abilities, thus often called as Mediums. You must have seen the series Ghost Hunters and Ghost Whisperer, well this is more of a light and a bit humorous take on the paranormal.
They've decided to open their own agency regarding spirit talking and such.
So what does this RP need?
Basically anyone. Someone who's interested in the paranormal. Your characters can be anyone:
- someone with skills to talking to ghosts
- someone who could be a medium
- someone who experiments with energy
- the mother
- a neighbor
- a beau of one of the sisters
- a customer
- etc.
I need to have two more Caligo sisters, and I'm planning to keep the RP small- only around 5 RPers who can have as less as one character or as much as 3 characters.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

She is the middle child of the three sisters, she often sees spirits that loom around but the Mayor was the first she has spoken too. Since then, she had been attracting different sorts of energy who has asked for her help as well.

Her two other sisters have other skills, one can be a medium (where a spirit can use as a bridge to talk with the living people who can't see or hear them) and her other sister has the ability of making the spirit cross over once they have closure or justice. All of them could see the spirits but it was only her who can talk to the other entities.
